[FIXED] CoS and HoV VS M+ starting timer

After one of the recent fixes not sure which one, CoS and HoV don't have a timer when you start a key.
Last night when I tried to start CoS it was crashing the server, today it doesn't crash but there is no 10sec timer at the start of the key.
Both dungeons don't really start.
