[FIXED] Lower Karazhan(Heroic): loot missing

Bug description:
Perhaps I was too unlucky but its a bit hard to belive that none of the bosses dropped a single piece of gear or at least artifact power or BoS at least. I was not able to access Upper Karazhan(Heroic) because thats only accessable through dungeon finder but most likely thats also has this problem.
