[FIXED] [Druid][Restoration] Mastery: Harmony vs HoT's Instances

HoT's are not been affected by their own Mastery instances.
Every HoT should be affected by the mastery instance that they give to the overall mastery bonus healing on the target.

For example:
If i cast Rejuvenation (1 HoT total) on myself, it will not be affected by Mastery, but if i cast Rejuvenation + any other HoT (2 HoT's total) i will get affected by mastery x1. Instead i should be getting a mastery ''stack'' for each HoT instance, in this case it would be x2, 1 from reju and 1 from any other HoT i used, both of which, will benefit both HoTs simultaneously.

If i cast a hot, that hot should benefit from mastery by default, or simply put, HoT's should benefit from themselves.

If a HoT baseline does 100k, and the player has 20% Mastery, that HoT should heal for 120k when casted alone. Plus 20% for every other HoT instance on said player. Right now HoT's are not been affected by their own mastery instances.
