Bug description:
Soul of the Forest isn't affecting Rejuvenation.

Proof:
Casted two Rejuvenation's, one without Soul of the Forest then one with, no change in healing done.

Confirmed, SotF is not increasing the healing output of Rejuvenation in any instance.
