Binding Heal isn't refreshing Renew on healed targets while talented Enduring Renewal.

Binding heal isn't a single target spell like enduring renewal specifies, is there any proof that it should trigger Enduring Renewal?

Currently this is partially fixed, it will refresh Renew on the main target.

Now it will work as intended and trigger Enduring Renewal on all affected targets.
Fixed.
