[FIXED] Lower Karazhan(Heroic) & Upper Karazhan(Mythic+) vs Nightbane

Bug description:
Nightbane is a boss in Return to Karazhan(Mythic) but should not be present in Lower or Upper Karazhan(Heroic/Mythic+). Currently on Lower Karazhan(Heroic) it is spawned by default(it keeps respawning actually) and on Upper Karazhan(Mythic+) you can gather the crystals and summon the boss and there you can actually do it. In general those crystals should be usable only in Return to Karazhan(Mythic).
