Bug description:
when the 2P (Surge of Mists: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=242257&&name=item-monk-t20-mistweaver-2p-bonus) procs and you cast Enveloping Mist on yourself to trigger the 4p bonus (Dance of Mists: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=247891&&name=dance-of-mists) it does not proc and sometimes it does not too when you cast it on other players meanwhile it should proc it 100%.
