[REJECTED] Missing Heirloom Upgrades

Armory is not working at the moment but I've included screenshot/evidence below.

The Bloodied Arcanite Reaper should be upgraded to level 100 while the Captain Sander's Ring should be upgraded to level 110. After logging in post 7.3.5, both items only show upgraded levels to 90.

I don't have evidence of the Arcanite Reaper bc I deleted it once I got my artifact weapons for alts, but the 3/3 upgraded ring is still on my toons and you can see the picture here:

When I open my heirloom folder to create the Reaper and Ring, they only show level 90.

I tried to recover missing/disappeared items, and looked at other forum posts suggesting using the unstuck button a couple times, but none have worked.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help on my end.

Hello.

You can buy the Heirloom Upgrades to level 100-110 from your respective heirloom vendor.
