Bug description: When the 2nd Gift of the Queen hits (from the trait Deep Waters) it applies another 10% maximum health increase, for a total of 20% health increase. It shouldn't do that, it should just refresh the buff

as you can see at 3:15 it does indeed double the 10% HP buff, you can see the HP of the target increase twice.
