[FIXED] [Quest] Vault of the Wardens questenders

Quest Vault of the Wardens [ID 44260] (not sure about the ID because I saw couple of versions for the quest at the Quest Helper) is not returnable/completable.
In my case I have to return the quest to Tylos Darksight in the Fel Hammer but the NPC is not responding with anything.

When you click on the item Broken Warden Helm in your inventory the completion for the quest is appearing on the screen but the button Complete Quest is not doing anything.

Not exactly sure which of them two is the problem so I'm telling you about them both.

Confirmed.
According to Wowhead, Tylos Darksight should be the ending NPC for this quest. But right now he doesn't appear as ending NPC on our database.
