[Shaman][Legendary] Eye of the Twisting Nether

Bug description: Inconsistent procs. Feral Spirit never procs the nature damage buff of the legendary even tho the blue dog is hitting the target. Elemental Shaman's Fire Elemental doesn't proc it either. As far as I can tell trinkets don't proc it either, they did in 7.2.5 and I don't see why they shouldn't.

Could you find any proof that pets/guardians should apply the buff other than it worked that way last patch.

Well I said "inconsistent" because the fire and frost dogs on enha are proccing it, I'm not sure which one is correct, but some pets are proccing some are not. I tried looking at videos, but there is just too much going on to figure out what procs it, I will give it another shot tho

From what I've managed to find only abilities should be able to proc it, didnt find any evidence so far that pet attacks/abilities should proc it.

Confirmed, pets should consistantly apply the buff.
