Bug description: Frostscythe procs crystalline swords on each target hit. It should only proc on main target. In the proof look at Fury of Sindragosa's cooldown, Runic Chills is supposed to reduce it for each crystalline sword hit

Crystalline swords shouldn't hit surrounding enemies as seen in the video proof . Just the main target .
