Bug description: The cannon to shoot down the NPCs doesn't work, but that's not the problem, you can kill them manually. What's the real issue is that one of the quest mobs isn't spawned (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=62269&&name=voress-thalik).
