Details: (optional) I have bought from shop before and i had it on my all chars but after 7.3.5 update i only have this illision for my dk and for rest of my alt chars it dissepeared i cant transmorg it anymore on my alt chars Please i need ur help

There are some issues with the illusions, you'll probably get them back or need to create another request as soon as the bug gets fixed.
