Bug description: Nothing happends, as i cant click the contruction button on any of those 3 as for some reason they are already constructed, and i have not done the quest befor(did try to relog and delete catch).

Hello,
You cannot contribute to any building while it is already built and active. You need to wait for them to be destroyed and then be available for construction again.
