Bug description: Since the release of 7.3.5 i have not seen a pvp tower quest in neither of these 2 zones
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/Dnj4HFp Looks like Stormheim tower quests do work because they have been enabled just recently but i can't say the same for the other 2 zones.

I also didn't saw Warden Tower from the release of the patch.
