I apologize in advance if this particular topic has been posted before, however, since the 7.3.5 patch has gone live almost all my transmog sets and individual items have completely been reset.

My question is, are we going to get them back at some point or do we need to acquire them again?

Some of them can be recovered by simply relogging a few times/ unstucking you character and deleting cache.
But other than that, nothing can be done. You have to farm it again.
