Bug description: After finishing Where They Least Expect It quest, the NPC should give We have a problem quest, but it doesn't. ( I saw there was already a post about this quest saying it is fixed but as you can see it isn't)

Yea, the NPC gives the quest after doing the 3 Invasions quest, but the chain is not supposed to include that quest too.
