Bug description: My pets I had in my bags and on AH are now "Pet Cage"
I have a lot of pets I paid with voting points and also lvl 25.

Are you using the Rematch addon? Because I was (I still haven't found a working 7.3.5 version) and all the pets I owned + that were in my gbanks and character banks were slated as ???. Couldn't learn pets eithers.

Once I unchecked Rematch, my pets were showing properly, I could learn, heal and use them.

Edit: Pets I sent to my alts are now showing as Pet Cages as well. I'm not touching anymore, as I lost quite a bit of VP due to this bug now, as well as bit of money donated for some. I cannot cage pets I already know either.

Hopefully, the pet system will be fixed, even if we end up losing the Pet cages now. Hopefully not. I mean, I love Freakz but I think the ball was dropped somewhere when it comes to the pet system with the upgrade. All in due time though. I'm not going anywhere.
