Bug description: I finished The Battle for Broken Shore, got the weapon and can't seem to find the next quest.

The next quest should be given from the same NPC, where you turned "The Battle for Broken Shore" in. Which faction are you playing?
Also please post a screenshot is you still encounter issues.

That can't be the last place you turned the quest in, that's only a questgiver for The Fallen Lion.

If you're not sure what quest you're on, you can use a script that can be found here, at the end of the post.
Also use youtube guides if you're unsure of where to continue next.
