Bug description: it's one shotting people in BGs

5-20mil ticks/crits

Posting it before I will get banned bcs i tried to reproduce the bug

It happens only in BGs, talents/gear doesn't matter. I tried dueling and skirms, no oneshots. Can't test .challenge tho bcs it doesn't work anymore.

UPDATE: It works in PvE too
