Bug description: Even after researching this Upgrade the effects are not applied
Proof: Hi GM & Devs. The Tier 7 of all Classes Class Hall Upgrades (Roster Of Champions) is bugged. By default a player can have 6 Champion Followers active at a time. With this upgrde we get access to 7. I had this upgrade in 7.2.5 and it was functioning fine. Since the launch of 7.3.5 this particular upgrade is messed up. Im attaching a screenshot for your reference. Hope you will do the necessary.

It's a known issue. It's already been reported on trello, but here's the link of the warlock report for it.
