Bug description:

[Broken Shore] The Mage Tower bugged

I try to complete the construction of the Mage Tower while it is on, but it doesnt complete my quest.
I did the same with Command Center and it worked.

[Stormheim] The Mark quest bugged

I have revered with Stormheim, but There is no sign on the platform in front of NPC (like it should be), and i cant interact with NPC, neither /kneel works.

Proofs:
I cant show you printscreens, but i think its relevant enough what i described earlier. Please fix these so i can continue my chain quests in artifact.

Please try relogging and then deleting your cache if relogging does not work.Let me know what happens.

Hello.

Mage tower is always constructed in 7.3.5.
You do not need that quest in order to progress, though.

As for The Mark quest, you probably missed a quest in the questline.
I tried it and I completed it with no problem.
