[General] NPC behaviour on pull

Bug description: Some NPCs like to just walk away from the tank when pulled. It might have something to do with charge/heroic leap that I use on my warrior when I pull. Proof is just an example, other mobs do that too, most noticable on dungeon bosses. Also in proof you can see I used taunt, and details in the chat says that I am its target, and can reproduce this issue while being alone as well, so it's not about aggro.

I will have this checked by the end of the day, I will look over each dungeon/raid boss (Legion wise)

Similar thing happening here with trash mobs when I charge at them.
