Bug description: As tooltip says should apply both posions(and even wound in pvp if you go with that talent) 100% of times, and sometimes it doesnt. Might as well to do something with that posions sometimes just dont apply, and sometimes you just apply crippling and not deadly which is annoying on itself(when hitting target with envenom proc up!), also sometimes even 3-4-5 fan of knifes doesnt apply both poisons, all of that in pvp situations, i dont really know is it bugged as well in pve content.

I was using Poisoned Knife for 10minute in a row and it applied all 3 debuffs every single time. As for envenom buff, it doesnt make it 100% chance to apply poisions, but from what I saw pretty much every basic I did applied poisions so ye. Fan of knives is the same thing. Tested this in pvp and pve.
