Bug description: Dread-rider Cullen isnt where the map says he is as well as the website.

I just tested this and I was able to see her just fine. Maybe you should wait for the Legion Invasion to end as it could be an issue with phasing.

Sorry, managed to complete it but her appearing is kind of fidgety, sometimes she doesnt appear, might have something to do with legion invasions
