Problem wow

Hello, I open this post because I have the wow installed on my pc and on my laptop, I have been playing this morning but now I have tried to open it and nothing, it does not open, I am hitting the launcher and I get absolutely nothing.
I have seen if the process was running in the task manager and indeed the launcher and the wow are running but nothing comes out, nor do I get the username and password screen or anything

I hope you can help me. Greetings.

Hello,
The launcher is updating some files ~200MB, lots of people are downloading at the same time. Please do not open the game multiple times, just let it download in the background. If you're not sure the launcher is open, please check Windows Task Manager.
Errors may occur if you are trying to open it multiple times.
