Bug description: Relentless Strikes is NOT giving energy when using a finisher move.
Proof: I don't know how to record videos ingame but it's easy to check.

I reported [Combat Potency] the other day for exactly the same issue (not giving energy) and it got rejected in a blink; the three rogue specs are badly energy-starving since patch 7.3.5 and i really think you should take a deep look into this cause i'm quite sure there is some issue with the energy refilling abilities (making the class highly unplayable). Edit: Also, i'm not 100% sure that [Venomous Wounds] is working either.
