[DUPLICATE] Druid Order Hall Quest Powering the Portal only gives 7/10 shards

Bug description: Despite the answer given by Swiftmend on the closed topic above, the missions continue to only award 7 shards and i can't complete the "Powering the Portal" quest, no other missions appear to give you shards, necessary to continue to order hall quests and work the Pathfinder Achievement, please advise because swiftmend's answer is not entirely correct, i can't complete the quest
