[Achievements] Changed "Loremaster" achievements not working / database query broken?

Bug description: Icecrown achievement for placeholder - most/all of the newly designed quest achievements are bugged. They don't make the correct connections to the quest database and don't recognise already done quests. Some parts that weren't working pre-patch are working (see Screenshot 1), but most aren't. As you can see in Screenshot 2 and 3, I already did the quests for "Cusader Bridenbrad" and "In Defiance of the Scourge", but those parts aren't counted for some reason. Most of the new loremaster achievements are not working, but as you also linked this is already reported.

Gonna confirm Icecrown one tho.
