Details: (optional) i abandoned the artifact questline so i can take it again because it got bugged but couldnt do it and now i dont have quest to take or artifact weapons

.( atleast recover my account to 97 lvl so i can take all legion quest line and maybe skip that bug

There is n bug with it ask for help from a helper on discord if you dont know
