I also found this to bug when trying to enter Mogu'Shan Vaults and Bloodmaul Slag Mines (draenor dungeon.) Not sure about the other raids of the expansions, but I'm sure this will get looked into/fixed with the mop/draenor storylines still being in development.

Yeah those issues have already been reported and yes they will eventually get fixed, but right now legion content is priority.
