[DUPLICATE] [The Grimoire of the First Necrolyte] Warlock hidden artifact bugged

Dear Staff,

Thank you for hard working to resolve all the buggs and issues in game. I have met another one:

Bug description: For the quest [The Grimoire of the First Necrolyte] I have now the 13 Skull of the Executed that i need, but when I go in Deadwind Pass to interact with the Altar, there is no alter (please see the proof). I am on affliction spec, I have tried to retake quest and i again collected the 13 Skulls because there disappeared from inventory, still not working, cant see the Altar.

Its the 2nd time I try to deal with this quest and still not working.
