obliterated pvp gear dosen't give Echoes of Battle

Bug description: So i've noticed that if you obliterated pvp gear it doesn't give Echoes of Battle anymore it either gives you Handful of Obliterum Ash nothing or item just disappeared when you use the Obliterum Forge.

I second this, just obliterated a 895ilvl pvp item that i got from BG and just gave me obliterium ash instead of the currency
