WoW Freakz spell link: Chaotic Onslaught, Chaos Strike

Bug description:
TLDR: Chaotic Onslaught does not proc at all.

Full explanation: Chaotic Onslaught artifact trait should have a 10% chance to proc off of every cast of Chaos Strike. So if one was to use, for example, 100 Chaos Strikes on a Target Dummy, theoretically they should have 10 procs. Of course, this is modified heavily by the fact that it's a luck based RNG system, but the chance of getting absolutely 0 procs is almost non-existent.
So I went to a Target Dummy in Orgrimmar and used 100 Chaos Strikes and 47 Annihilations (this was to show that Metamorphosis has no effect on the bug) and i got exactly 0 procs. I have included screenshots of my Details for that run, as well as a link to a video from retail 7.3.5 that shows how it should work.
(Just a quick note - it worked mostly fine in 7.2.5, so it was easily noticeable by the lack of the animation that made your character spin like crazy)

Proof:
Screenshots - please keep in mind that 1 cast of Chaos Strike hits the target 2 times (that is just the way the spell works), so if you used the spell 100 times Details would show it as 100 casts and 200 hits (as it should). But, if you got a Chaotic Onslaught proc it would show it as 2 additional hits and 0 additional casts. So if everything works as intended, we should expect to see 100 casts and more than 200 hits (because of the Chaotic Onslaught procs). But, as you can see from the screenshot, I have exactly 200 hits and that should not happen with 10% proc chance (even without bad luck protection systems). Annihilation shows the exact same behavior, having 47 casts and exactly double that (94) hits.

I timestamped the link, so it starts at 27 seconds into the video and the proc we are looking for happens at 28 seconds, and again at 30 seconds. Watch how the Demon Hunter in the video spins really fast after a Chaos Strike with a Chaotic Onslaught proc and keeps doing the normal animation if he doesn't have a proc. This will look very familiar to anyone who played Demon Hunter in 7.2.5, and if you go and test this out yourself, you will never see this animation because the proc doesn't work.

Also, here's a link to my character's armory page which shows that i have 58 traits, and therefore must have every trait unlocked (including Chaotic Onslaught)

Hey! Details shows all chaos strike and chaotic onslaught as casted, so if everything hits you will have exactly the double amount of hits. Thats what you show us on screenshots. For me the trait is perfectly working. The best way to test it is like this: open combat log and use chaos strike once then use other attack (blade dance, throw) and repeat. When chaotic onslaught procs you will get more than 2 chaos strike lines as these here:

The trait works fine.
You can't rely on details showing you the number of hits, as tixi said, you have to keep track of it in your combat log.

Yes chaos strike will always show up twice in your combat log, coming from main hand and off hand and with Chaotic Onslaught going off usually 0.5 sec after the main cast. But the trait works perfectly fine, I even got double Chaotic Onslaugt proc in the last screenshot.
