[DUPLICATE] [Artifact] appearance not staying and lost appearances

Bug description: I had special appearance equipped for my artifact in all 3 specs but when i logged on it reset them and i cant reequip them even though it shows i unlocked them. The appearance would just reset to default appearance when trying to reapply say the 1,000 kill appearance. Also when i went into Outlaw spec i lost the base Thunderfury appearance but still showed i had other 3 appearances for it unlocked but cannot equip still.
