LFG Tool 2 Different bug during dungeon proc

WoW Freakz link: Not a particular dungeon
Bug description: It looks like the two bugs are related, both of theses bug have occured while using the LFG tool ingame with another perso already in the group, we are playing in the same room.Haven't found this bug in the trello related to PVE.

First bug : The dungeon proc, asking if you are ready, after everyone says they are ready , there is normaly a loading screen and then everyone gets TPed into the dungeon. Here the loading screen does not end for me or the friend. When we are forced to alt-F4 to try and get back to it by relogging, we see ourself tped out in our hearthstone location, and not in a group anymore. While the other person still sees us in the group. We can't tp back to the dungeon as well.

The second bug happened to me just now : We both get into the dungeon but one us gets the message saying that the group has disbanded and that he will be teleported out of the dungeon, meanwhile the other person still sees us in the group.
