Bug description: Yesterday, after a server restart my scouting map disappeared (as you can see in the pictures), the NPC for the Class Hall Upgrade is not working anymore (therefore I cannot wear my two legendaries anymore, I could before the restart), and in Quest Completist shows as if I have not even completed the first Class Hall quest, but everything was fine before the restart.
