Flying in Old zones / DH

I can not fly in many places in the Eastern Kingdoms, since it gives me the error: (You are in the wrong area) and I also do not see npcs, it is as if I was in a phase, I have made many "Solutions" that did not serve as the Unstuck , Exit and enter bg or dungeon, Reboot, Use hearthstone, Clear "Cache" Folder, Finish DH missions, etc.
I've been with this bug for a week and I can't find a solution, I hope you can help me.

I'm confirming the issue with flying in old zones. It seems that only Demon Hunters experience this.
There is also a quick fix for this,repurchase your flying skills at a Flight Trainer, cause it seems that it doesn't count for some Demon Hunters so they even have the option to buy it again.

As for the NPC visibility, I wasn't able to reproduce those. The NPCs were spawned and I was able to use the Flight Master for every Fly Point.
If it didn't get fixed for you in the meantime, and if it doesn't get fixed by repurchasing your flying skills, please make a new report for it.
