Bug description: T21 set does not proc from windstrike(=Stormstrike while ascended) .TOOLTIP:Every empower and buff that apply to stormstrike should be applied to windstrike too.

Confirmed, atm in Ascendance you cannot proc the 2p bonus while in ascenance with your Windstrike while you should be able to.
