Bug description:
Low number of mines spawned.
On Freakz spawn 4 mines for every cast, on offy spawn 5 mines every cast.

32 mines during phase 1, 4 mines x cast

On offy a lot of guild don't explode mines in phase 1, so it's easy to count.
