Bug description: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=90902&&name=dread-rider-malwick Doesnt Spawn, so it makes this quest impossible to complete and cant move forward in the Stormheim questline
Proof: Check the NPC-Finder, it says there are 0 spaws

The mob doesn't seem to spawn.
I play with a friend and he can see it on his account. So I had the idea to lend him MY account. He logged on on BOTH accounts at the same time on his computer. On his account he can see it, on mine he can't.
THEN I tried to log in on both our accounts on my computer and I could see the mob on HIS account but not on mine

This bug makes ZERO sense.

@Swiftmend Take a look at the NPC from another account. I can confirm that it doesn't show up and this issue is getting very annoying.

yes NPC isnt spawning in for me. When is this getting fixed so i can advance in the storyline

Waited for around 30 minutes while watching something else on the 2nd screen. Nothing spawned for me and a few others but could also see some players fighting something invisible. Please fix it so we can progress with the storyline.

CONFIRM THIS!! I cannot finish the quest assault on battery because the npc doesn't spawn !! pls fix that so i can make reputation

on my last 2 chars on this account i've compelted the quest for reputation..so now on my 3rd char i cannot see the npc.. is that the problem because i made it on my other chars the same quest?and it's not the first time doing it on account?

After a while I did see the add spawning, but I never checked out how much till the next respawn. Although I did finish this quest, many people seem to have this bug as well, maybe the mob has a limited amount of respawns before he gets disabled? His spawn time shouldn't be 30+ mins

Unstuck your character on website and delete cache,there are no issues with this quest.
