Bug description: ID: 195128
Awilo Lon'gomba should be able to teach you Legion Cooking that can elevate your learning cap to 800. However, mine is stuck at 600. I finished all of Nomi's quests.

I have the same problem.
I already learned the leagion Cooking skill (1/800), and i went to pandaria to Level my Cooking. I completed a quest (can't remember the name, but it had something With Greatness in it). Once that quest was completed, my Cooking cap skill went from 800 to 600.

I am currently at Cooking skill 600/600, and i can't learn Draenor nor Legion Cooking skill cap..

As you can see, i have legion recipies, but i don't have the legion Cooking skill cap...

After exploring a bit, I came upon Feng Su in the emissary area of ogrimmar and he taught me WoD cooking which raised the cap to 700. I also saw he can teach Legion Cooking. I hope this helps!!!
