Problem with the launcher - VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll

Hi guys!
I've got a problem so I got the launcher, but the problem is that whenever I'm trying to run it, I get info that it's not working, because they can't find VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll
I'm suppose to try with 64, because Windows 10, but then I've tried also with the other one just in case.

Download and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe (32-bit) / https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe (64-bit).
