Bug description: Cant finsh the quest when you talk wth Khadgar

P.S. I have this bug for weeks now. I have tryed to reinstall wow, clear all cache,reload the game, login and log out too many times but i could esacpe from this bug.
Please help me!

Retake the quest.

I have tryed to abandon it but after that i can't retake the quest. After I relog the quest seems to reapear again and again in my quest log.
So retaking the quests does not work.
