Bug description: Quest is started by https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=42772&&name=dr-terrible-s-building-a-better-flesh-giant - unfortunately, despite its 100% drop rate on https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=30409&&name=apprentice-osterkilgr - it doesn't drop. So the quest and the entire Bone Witch chain can't be started.
