Bug description: cant turn in quests the nighthold vaults trilliax slain , pulsauron bindings; and into the nightmare il gynoth slain, corrupted egg fragment - to lord grayson shadowbreaker.

Confirmed for The Nighthold: Vaults. You should be able to turn it to Lord Grayson Shadowbreaker, as you can see on Wowhead, but right now he doesn't appear as the ending NPC for that quest according to our database.

As for The Emerald Nightmare: Il'gynoth, I wasn't able to reproduce it. I was able to turn the quest in.
