Error 0xc0000005 When opening the game via launcher

My problem is that, when I try to open the game with the 32 bit launcher, the error 0xc0000005 occurs. I already tried to use the 64 bit one, but another error occurs (0xc000007b, I didn't care about it tho, since it's an error that already happened on other games. The thing is, the 0xc0000005 error only occurs when using the launcher, when I launch the Freakz735- 32.exe, it just opens normally, unfortunately, I'm not allowed to stay logged, cause the launcher is needed.
So I was wondering, are there any fixes for the error, yes, I've already tried changing my permissions so I could uncheck the "read only" from the data folder, didn't work, and other fixes that I can't remember right now did not work too. Basically, I don't know what to do and was wondering if someone here could help me.

Hi Wantedzz,

The error you receive is because it wants you to install Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.

The C++ seems to be in conflict with something from the Windows system.

The only way seems to be to reinstall a clean version of Windows.

Changing your time zone could be a possible fix.
