I had the same problem, till is fixed you can actually complete the quest during a legion invasion in Val'Sharah, the npc wont dissapear.

Yep can't do the enchanting questline. It's a bug.

Hello,
It seems that Legion invasions can sometimes mess with phasing, please try when an invasion is available and when it isn't. And you can also try to clear Cache and unstuck on the website when the state has changed. (e.g. when there's an invasion, clear your Cache and unstuck).

I have the same bug with and without the invasion :s I did clear cache and unstuck before the invasion (didn't try yet in the other way, but I doubt it)

I can't seem to reproduce your problem on the PTR, the NPC can just be phased.

Hi, I`ve got the same problem.
I`ve tried deleting cache folder, tried on invasion and without. I can see the npc for a brief second and than phases out.
Character name is : Darkprays

Can't you just move npc in both phases?

Hey guys, im coming with an update to the problem.
Seems like when you are in The Crescent Vale zone, you can see the npc clearly.
But as soon as you get close you enter The Temple Of Elune zone, The npc + the stags next to it start to phase out.
Hope this will be helpful with the problem.

I can see her with my alt (2/7 chapters) but not with my main (7/7 chapters, the enchant one), if that helps!
And same as here above : I can see her on my enchant only from the other zone.

Also affected by this bug... same situation as the people above, can see from Crescent Vale but not Temple of Elune. I am also 7/7 in "That's Val'sharah Folks!". Seems like progressing the story line locks you out of the enchanting quest... any chance we can get a fix on this soonish? Doesn't seem like a particularly nasty bug to fix..

Same for me, this is getting frustrating, I cannot continue my Alchemy questline, nor enchanting questline since both professions involve quests starting from NPC found in Temple of Elune. Tried during an invasion in Valsharah, tried unstuck and clear cache etc in 2 characters with no luck.

I changed the npc visibility to be visible in all phases but it might be affected by Legion Assaults
