i can't complete the mission "Neltharion's Lair: Presentation is Key" because i can't loot the Adamantium Casing Scrap

i finished the dungeon six times, but when i try the loot, it doesn't let me.

i tried to relog and abandon the mission to complete it again, but it was bugged once more.


please help me
